Privacy for PaySplit
PaySplit stores your group, member, expense, and settlement data on-device and optionally in your iCloud account when CloudKit sharing is enabled.
Data We Process
- Group and member names
- Expense and settlement records
- Voice transcription input for expense entry
- App diagnostics needed for reliability
How Data Is Used
- To provide core shared-expense functionality
- To sync and share groups through your iCloud account
- To support subscription entitlement checks through Apple StoreKit
Third Parties
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit for optional sync and sharing
- Apple App Store / StoreKit for subscriptions and billing
Data Retention
Data remains on your device and iCloud, if enabled, until you delete it from the app or disable iCloud sync for the app.
